Babies are fine as long as the parent is willing to leave the game if the baby is inconsolable or hindering game play or other players in the room. Birthday parties, field trips and all other types of parties or events are welcome. We have a private room that holds approximately 16-20 guests for seated dining, though there is plenty of room at a group’s disposal if the party does not need formal seating for food service. Anyone under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

I've never done this and I'm nervous. Is it scary? What happens if we don't solve the clues and can't get out? Is there any physical contact?
Not to worry! There is no physical contact, and it’s not scary. The Game Master will be giving the group clues as needed to keep the game moving. Participants are monitored during the entire game and will have 2-way communication with the control room. If someone gets nervous or scared they can always leave the room or call for an employee to come in and assist them. If you don’t solve the clues or get out in time, nothing happens—you’ll just need to try again!
What do we do if we need help during the game?
A personal Game Master will be assigned to your group to guide you through your experience. If you are really stuck, you may ask them for a hint!
Are any skills needed to play?
No special skills or knowledge are required to play Escapology games. Our games are all in English, so good communication skills are all you need.
How long will the game last?
Your game experience will take about a little over an hour. The game itself can last up to 60 minutes, bookended by a video briefing before your game begins and a photo after.
May we leave the room during a live game?
It is better for your enjoyment if you stay until you and your team have escaped. However, a player can always excuse themselves, if necessary.
Are animals or pets allowed in the rooms?
Is food or alcohol allowed in the rooms?
Are phones allowed in the rooms?
Due to our no internet or photos policy, the use of phones are not allowed in the game rooms. However, we do have a secure spot in the room where you can place phones and other personal belongings during game play.
